8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DNTEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL DNTEL'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DNTEL IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DNTEL, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

  • Your use of our Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your User Content or any content you submit through our Services

10. TERMINATION

10.1 Termination by You

10.2 Termination by DNTEL

10.3 Effect of Termination
